Feeding Your Kuvasz |

A kuvasz is a hardy dog and an enthusiastic eater. A good dry dog food along with some natural foods is essential. Raw bones help to keep the teeth clean. We all love treats so look for the ones that are as natural as possible.You are what you eat and so are our dogs. For their size they are not big eaters as they are not a high energy animal. |
Clean, fresh water should always be available. Don't overfeed your dog - a fat dog is subject to many unnecessary ailments. There should be a firm layer of flesh over the ribs but no rolls of fat.Be particularly careful not to encourage a puppy to overeat. |
